With Air France,your final destination decides exactly how many items of luggage you might bring along with you. Air France Baggage allowance is listed in (in kilos) or quantity of pieces ('PC') that could be checked. You can also find this information on your e-ticket. If you wish to travel with items which are larger than the specified restriction, there will be an extra cost at check-in It is possible to also obtain extra baggage allowance from Airfrance in advance. You can do this by going on the Air France website where you'll also find discounts as high as 30% for weight allowance!

For Voyageur cabin (coach class) tickets issued immediately after November 1, 2009, for flights amongst Europe plus the United States or Canada:

Passengers can transport 1 hold baggage item weighing as much as 23 kg no cost of charge.

Passengers who have Flying Blue Platinum, Gold or Silver members are able to transportation two hold baggage items weighing as much as 23 kg each at no extra charge.

If you wish to carry baggages which weighs more than either the designated weight, or an additional item of baggage, you should buy an extra baggage allowance in the course of check-in.

Voyageur cabin You are allowed to take up to 23kg.
Blue Platinum You are allowed to take up to 2 baggage items at 23kg each.
